APS Advertising Wins Metropolitan State College of Denver Recruitment Advertising Contract

BROOMFIELD, Colo.‹Recruitment advertising specialist, APS Advertising, Inc. has been chosen as the agency of record for Metropolitan State College of Denver after submitting a proposal through the State of Colorado Bids process.

"I am so pleased to welcome Metro State as a new client and we are eager to get busy helping fulfill their recruitment needs," said Mary Tilger, APS president and agency director. "For the past several months we have been focused on expanding our local client base and the Metro State contract is a perfect fit for our agency."

APS was selected out of six bidders to provide Metro State with recruitment advertising services for high-level management and faculty positions for the next fiscal year. APS will place advertising for Metro State's open positions in local, regional and wide distribution newspapers, Internet sites and other media as deemed appropriate for each requirement. In addition, APS is charged with increasing outreach to potential Metro State employees from diverse populations and on a national level.

"We will work to meet Metro State's goals by leveraging our existing relationships with national and specialty publications around the country that serve the academic audience," said Tilger.

Mary Tilger formed APS in June of 1996 after a successful career at The Denver Post. For the past 10 years APS has worked with Human Resources executives at Six Flags Theme Parks, National Jewish Hospital, Vail Valley Medical Center and dozens of other companies to design and implement successful recruitment campaigns and place thousands of employees from very-high level and specialized positions to complete seasonal workforces.

Ad Publishing Source Announces ASI Promotional Products Membership

BROOMFIELD, Colo. - Recruitment advertising specialist, Ad Publishing Source, Inc. (APS), is proud to announce its membership in ASI, the Advertising Specialty Institute, and corresponding new status as an authorized promotional products distributor.

Promotional products include giveaway items, customer incentive gifts and company logo specialty products that companies use to broaden the reach of their brand and leave a more lasting impression with potential customers and clients as a component of an overall advertising strategy.

"Because of the large volume of promotional products that we provide to our clients as part of their integrated recruitment advertising campaigns, it only made sense to become an authorized distributor of promotional products so that we are able to eliminate the middle man and therefore pass along the savings to our clients," said Mary Tilger, Agency Director.

"Becoming an ASI member was the next natural step in the growth of APS over the past year. Since becoming the agency of record for Six Flags Theme Parks recruitment advertising in October of 2006, our business has more than doubled and we have broadened our agency resources as a result," said Tilger. "ASI membership is just another tool in the arsenal to help us serve each of our clients in the best way we can."

For the past 10 years APS has worked with Human Resources executives at Six Flags Theme Parks, National Jewish Hospital, Vail Valley Medical Center and dozens of other companies, designing and implementing successful comprehensive recruitment campaigns and helping place thousands of employees from very-high level and specialized positions to complete seasonal workforces.

Ad Publishing Source Caps Year of Growth With Ribbon Cutting

DENVER, Colo. - Recruitment advertising specialist, Ad Publishing Source, Inc. (APS), is proud to announce its new membership in the Broomfield Chamber of Commerce and will celebrate with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Tuesday, June 19, 2007, at noon at its Broomfield office.

"The parks are fully staffed and we were able to reach impressive hiring metrics for our client."

Since October, APS has added two new staff members and moved into offices at 11975 Main Street, Suite B, Broomfield, Colo., 80020.
